You can delete your CalAlly account and your data at any time. You do not need to install anything, and you do not need an account to read this page.

This page covers the CalAlly mobile app and the account you use to sign in to it.
Delete your account from inside the app
- Open CalAlly and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account Actions.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account or its data afterwards.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in iOS Settings first, otherwise Apple keeps billing you.
Delete your account without the app
Send a request to support@calally.com from the email address associated with your account. We use that address to confirm the request is really yours.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
Send a request to support@calally.com and tell us which data categories you want removed, for example your progress photos, your coach conversations, or your weight history. Your account stays active.
What we delete
- Profile and onboarding data
- Meal logs and daily summaries
- Activity and steps
- Water logs
- Weight entries and goal history
- Coach conversations and messages
- Progress photos and your profile avatar
- Custom foods and saved meals
- Subscription and usage records
- Consent records
- The authentication account itself
What we keep
We would rather be specific than reassuring:
- Pseudonymised technical traces used to monitor the AI features. They are not linked to your account and are retained for 30 days.
- Server logs, retained for 1 day.
- Infrastructure snapshots. We do not keep database backups of our own. Our infrastructure provider may retain internal snapshots for up to 7 days. Your data disappears from them as those snapshots expire.
- Image files left behind by a technical error. In rare cases a file may survive the deletion until a manual cleanup. It is no longer linked to any account.
Data cached locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
How long it takes
Deletion from inside the app happens immediately. Requests sent by email are processed within 30 days, in line with the GDPR.
