How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel them in iOS, not in CalAlly. Open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select CalAlly, then tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the CalAlly charge and request a refund. Apple decides the outcome. If Apple turns it down and you think there was a mistake, write to us and we will look at it.

I changed iPhone and lost my subscription. How do I restore it?

Open CalAlly, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought the subscription with, otherwise the purchase cannot be found. If it still does not appear, email us with the Apple Account email you used.

Question 4

How do I delete my account and my data?

Accepted Answer

Write to support@calally.com from the email address linked to your account and ask for deletion. We erase your account and the data tied to it, and confirm when it is done. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel it in iOS Settings first. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.

How do I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Open CalAlly, go to Settings and use the data export option. You get a file with your logged meals and your history. If you need it in a different format, ask us.

Question 6

Voice logging is not working or gets my meal wrong.

First check that CalAlly has microphone access in iOS Settings, Privacy and Security, Microphone. The AI always shows the full ingredient breakdown before you log, so you can edit any quantity or item that looks off. If it is consistently wrong for a specific dish, send us the recording and we will improve it.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@calally.com and include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the CalAlly version from Settings, and the steps that trigger the problem. A screenshot or a screen recording helps a lot.
